When connecting social media accounts, you grant ListlyAI permission to post content and manage messages on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all content posted to your social media accounts through our service. You must comply with each platform's terms of service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment by contacting support@listlyai.io. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Content generated by ListlyAI is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
You retain ownership of content you create using ListlyAI. We retain ownership of our platform, technology, and branding.
ListlyAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings.
