We use your information to provide and improve our AI content generation services, process payments, send service-related communications, and personalise your experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When you connect your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business accounts, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant. We use these connections solely to post content and manage messages on your behalf. You can disconnect these accounts at any time from your settings.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and we do not store payment card details.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@listlyai.io. We will process your request within 30 days. You can also disconnect social media accounts from Settings at any time, which removes all associated tokens from our systems immediately.
If you connected your Facebook account and wish to remove your data, you can disconnect Facebook from Settings → Connections, or send a deletion request to support@listlyai.io. We will delete all Facebook-related data within 30 days of your request.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use the following third-party services: Anthropic (AI generation), Supabase (database), Razorpay (payments), Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp integration). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
